The sole purpose of Enabler's "Talay" - a leadership program is to identify individuals who are **passionate, committed and dedicated** about developing their holistic self, their families and the communities they live in.

The plan is to hold a one day workshop and impart knowledge and skills.

SESSIONS FORESEEN

• (1) Understanding self in terms of human growth and development and types of society.
• (2) Leadership and Society - Definitions and Types.
• (3) Identifying Needs and Resources, Planning and Execution Skills.
• (4) Handling Challenges when working with a group of people.
